Tail light stays on 200

Perplexed on this one. With headlights on, my left tail light illuminates to braking brightness. With headlights off and on the brake pedal, all three rear lights correctly function. There are no problems on the right side.

Replaced the left side circuit board, ground is good. Replaced bulbs in tandem on both sides. Brake switch functions properly. Bulb failure sensor is fine and comes on every week or so after the tail light bulb bursts from being left at braking brightness. The assemblies are dry.

Can't figure out what I'm missing. Wiring all looks good.
