more engine leaks! 140-160 1968

After fixing the oil leak from my front crankcase seal, I have noticed a major leak coming off the bellhousing junction. I am pretty sure it is the rear crank seal. My question is, what is the best way to replace this seal and the oil pan gasket at the same time? Do I need to pull the engine? Are there any other items that I should replace at the same time? I would like to do this job without spending much money.

Thanks again,

Chris w.1968 142S
