AW71 overhaul kit???? 900

I am still having problems with my tranny, it's not shifting to o/d. My mechanic just told me that both relay and o/d solenoid are fine but he says the transmission is not working properly, so he recommends to buy an overhaul kit, he thinks the master kit will do the job. It's a 350+usd investment plus mechanics labor$$$, he says with this replacement/fix the car will go for 100k miles or more.

Does anyone know which overhaul kit to buy?
