Seat Map Pockets 200

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I might fix the map pockets on the back of the front seats. The elastic bands are completely stretched out so that the pockets do not rest agains the seat. It's annoying to people sitting in the back seat so I'd like to fix it somehow. Anyone have any suggestions. As usual, it would be greatly appreciated.
