Vacuum Advance (Again!) 120-130

My guess is that maybe you are missing the oil in the dashpots of your
carbs or that they are otherwise maladjusted.
The biggest thing the vac advance does is keep the engine from kicking
back while the starter is cranking it (very little vacuum). Once it starts,
vacuum goes up and gives you the advance you want, in addition to the normal
centrifugal advance. I've had 'em with and without vac advance and there
seems to be mighty little difference.
