rough idle, rubbing/grinding noise when in neutral 200

Okay I've posted before about a rough idle and got some help but I haven't fixed the problem yet and also noticed yesterday that when I'm in nuetral there is a faint rubbing/griding noise when I let the clutch pedal out, when I push it in the sound goes away? Any idea what this might be and if it is contributable to the rough shaking while idling?

This doesn't appear to affect me while driving, everything shifts and runs seemingly well.
