123GT spot/fog setup 120-130

I have finally replaced my generic brand spotties on my 123GT with an old 60s replacement pair of Lucas 6" spot/fog lights. Original 7" Hellas or Marchals would have been my preferred option but they are as scarce as hens teeth. Anyway the wiring is in the original loom and it was just a matter of connecting up to the existing wiring. I need to clarify a couple of points. No 1 is whether the fog/spot enter into the same relay as in the beast's previous life the wiring was tampered with. No. 2 should there be one toggle switch or two under the dash? I have two but the second one does not operate anything. As it is I have low/high beam only and high beam with both spot/fog being activated by the one toggle. Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers
Bilo
