jack points for engine mount replacement 200

I can't see from the pics exactly where the hook attaches to the engine. I am leary of lifting from the intake manifold, although we do it in hotrod v8's all the time , but these manifolds are not vertical and have much skimpier bolts. the diagram simply says "near thermostat" well those bolts look very thin...how much does this assembled engine wheigh? i have 2 jacks...a floor jack and a bottle jack....what if i use the floor jack under the crank pully and the bottle jack under the edge of the oil pan to prevent teater-totering and crushed fingers...doing one side at a time? also i discovered the shot mounts on saturday while changing the oil....on these engines how much oil can i expect to run out when i remove the filter without draining the pan (never tried that before)? I feel like the engine only needs to be lifted about 2 inches...am i correct in that guess? aka no need to remove the fan and shroud ?
