looking for round fasteners under dash 200 1989

I have an 89 240 dl sedan and am missing some round fasteners that secure the felt-like covers underneath the steering wheel and glove compartment box. The felt basically just protects wiring, etc. and makes it look pretty. The fasteners insert into a hole, you give them a quarter turn, and they lock into place. Does anyone know of a resource where i can purchase these?
