How to remove power window switches? 200 1989

I need to clean up contacts on power window switches.
How do I remove the switch to get at it?

I got as far as getting the switch block out of the driver's arm rest.
Can't see how to remove the switch itself from the switch block.
I'll also be cleaning up the switches in the two rear doors.

I looked in the FAQs and did a search on 200-series posts, but found nothing on this - it must be very simple and so hasn't been written up!
Thanks in advance.
