Auto-down feature on window doesn't work

I've been driving my v90 for about a month now. After looking through the owner's manual, I learned that the driver's window has an Auto feature that brings the window all the way down after quickly pressing and releasing the button. I've tried to make this feature work, but the window always stops. about 1 to 3 seconds after the button is released.

Anyone have an idea what is causing this?
