Does anyone know what the min. thickness should be for the front rotors? 200

Bentley sez:
Solid front rotors are .563" new and the minimum thickness is .5".
Vented front rotors new are .945" and the min. is .803".
Maximum runout is .004".

Bulletproof sez:
If you're dead set on resurfacing rotors, work with the ones you have. If they can't be surfaced within spec, buy new ones.

Other people sez:
Never resurface a rotor. Just buy new.
