Is the new instructional DVD on timing belts 200/700 series from ipd usa helpful????? 700

Hello again!

Is the new dvd regarding timing belt removal/installation any good? If so how long is it! I have heard 10 minutes! $19.99 for 10 minutes is that really worth it? I have their tool to hold the cam, however is this dvd really worth my while? What say you? Thanks in advance.
