dashboard swap...'83 to a '93 200

hello ian,
i don't know about the 83, but when i added a 93 dash in my 86, the screw holes, plastic cover to the steering wheel didn't match up.

i had to get a new center console, a plastic cover to the ignition switch, and i added the knee pad and it's metal support.

i had to go back over and over again to the 93 in the junkyard to pick up the parts. i learned the hard way.

also, i replaced the blower ducts (goes to the center vents in the dash), 2 halves on each side, and the 86 and the 93 didn't match up either, so i had to pull all of the 93 240 blower ducts. i must have worked on the dash and vents so many times that i could have replaced the fan blower about 6 times.

regards,
byron golden
