Belt like sound - not the belt 200

Hello again,

I'd love your help guys.

I just got my tires rotated. This sound started on the first ride after the rotation. When the car is cool there is no sound. When the car is warm I get a speed dependant whinning - but only after a full stop. The sound starts on the first accerleration and stops after I release the accelerator. Then no sound until after I stop again. I think its coming from the front passenger side, but its hard to tell.

I thought the wheels might have been over torqued, so I removed every wheel and put them back - no change.

I'll rotate the wheels again now and see if the sound moves.

Ideas?
