Color is different, but with all the grime and crud, you can't always see that and you will miss some if you just look for the sticker or color. The ones on the 120 were painted black, and I've found some that were so dirty you couldn't tell what color they were.
I look at the center bushings, all Volvo bushes have a metal piece that makes a gap between the frame and the rubber bushing, IPD bushings are solid from the bar to the frame, dead givaway.
Then look at the part the end link goes through, stock bushings have the bar stamped into a ring shape with a raised edge around it. IPD bars either have a flat piece of bar stock welded onto the end or the newer ones have the bar stamped into a flat section with a hole drilled into it.
For back bars, all Volvo bars are one piece with bends where the bar meets the trailing arm, the round bar is just flattened where it bolts to the arm. IPD bars have the bars welded into bar stock which bolts onto the trailing arm.
I also have a cheap sliding caliper in my tool box. Found a set of the rare R-Sport front and rear springs on an old GT with that.
