Good news about tranny noise 900 1991

Thought for sure torque converter had a problem. When looking underneath, I failed to see bad tranny mount. Rubber had deteriorated, fallen out and collapsed the mount so was metal to metal causing alot of noise and vibration. Don't know why mount was not replaced by rebuild shop last year (maybe it looked OK back then).

Thanks for all who gave suggestions along the way.

Gary
