Hi Mark,
Well I guess I can't help you out on this one, the first thing I swapped out on my parts car was both front seats. The foam was getting granualated pretty badly. I did notice on the drivers seat I removed there were two springs not attached and attaching them may have helped some. I too grew up in your neighborhood and played little league baseball with John Lundell, your cousin or brother I'd imagine. Good luck on your hunt for parts, I'll keep you posted on what I find as I try to hit the yards at least once a month.
