turbo conversion question

Hi everyone,
I recently bought an '89 245. I would like to get some info. on doing an engine swap from a 740 or 760 turbo. Have any of you done this or know of any good websites that go through all that is involved? I have searched the archives but there were just too many sites and links. I was hoping someone already knows of a good place to look.
