Still My 1988 Volvo 740 Gle with B230f engine not runnig.. 700

Hi everybody,
My 1988 volvo 740 GLE dies after me just after i got $10.00 worth gas and swaped my AMM. Here is sthe symptoms, It starts right up for a sec and dies like not gettign any fuel. when i took the fuel presure regulator out there is no fuel coming from main fuel rail with out the engine running? So I though it couldbe the FPR and ordered a new one.. stillt he same problem... I jumped the fuel pumps and i could hear both of them running. Even with th enew FPr when i took it off there seems to be no pressure on the injector fuel rail.. Here is my 2 options and i like to hear your input to;
1- I will try to enmpty the fuel which is in the tank and put some fresh gas. (Is there a easy way of empying the fuel tank? )
2- I will install a new fuel filter.
Here is the things i changedin the car.
FPR, AMM, Fuel pump relay, Injection Relay, Ign . Module.
I am confused and i will take my car to volvo dealership if i have to but i like to rule all th epossible reasons before i do that. Than you for your help
Sammy
