Follow-up on TOYO tire question

A while back I posted a question about TOYO tires, having never heard of them before getting a New2Me 1997 965.

The responses were all good. I am most thankful, again, for the guys/gals on this board.

I failed to include the "model" of the tires. It is Proxes TPT, size 195/60-R15.

I would like to know if this tire is a "top line" or low end, and whatever else you can tell me about them.

The Volvo dealer put them on while the car was still owned by the PO. I have the service records.
