Don't SUs have larger throats than the webers? It seems like
you're trading 50 year old british technology for 50 year old
italian technology by swapping a twin SU intake to a single (dual
throat) weber.

An interesting test (among all the other interesting tests in
the universe, I suppose) would be to put the throttle body FI
system on each of the carb intakes easily available and then plot
the dynos, all on the same pepped up, non-stock motor.

Another option I wish we had was the motorcycle carbs, as I
posted in another message below this one...
