B30A metric head fit on a non-metric block? 140-160

Hi,

I hope any of you have an idea about the following issue:
My current engine is a B30A with non metric theads of wich the head neads some work (hardend seats).

I would like to have metric head machined and ready for a quick swap.
(I have it on the shelf from a salvaged car)

The BIG question:
Will the metric head fit on a non-metric block?
