A/C, Get the volvo retro kit if it hasnt been done so you have a proper high side port, it should be on the accumulator, left front side of car if standing in front staring at engine. you should see blue stickers near the location saying use ethser oil only 134A

Blue Smoke, get your turbo rebuilt you are leaking oils at the seal's.

5K issue, probly related to the turbo also, but could be a collapsing turbo hose, from the intercooler to the turbo.
