It's not a depressing day, it is a chance for you to learn a whole bunch of new stuff, work on your baby, and be proud once you get it done that YOU did it!
...this is what I try to tell myself when I find depressing stuff. (of course after I 've sworn at it, wondered why i have a 33 year old project and then recovered).
