Fault code interpretation 700 1991

I have an intermittent problem of hesitating accel, stuttering driving and occaisonal poor idle on the verge of stalling. These may occur separately and go weeks with no problems.

Fault codes were read in this order:

121 faulty AMM signal

113 fuel trim too lean or rich

322 AMM burn off signal absent or faulty

Within the last year all the tune up things have been attended too (spk plugs, cleaned throttle body and idle air control valve, fuel and air filters, AMM was replaced 2 years ago with a rebuilt one.

I have to read up on the O2 sensor, but I have measured 12 v at the bulkhead connector.

Question: Does the order of the codes have any diagostic value as to the original cause of this or another problem? ie. an AMM vs. O2 sensor problem

Any comments are welcomed.
