Stumble on acceleration 900 1995

On our 940 Turbo, there was a bad stumble on any acceleration and fault code 1-4-4. There is 107,000 miles on it, and I don't think the fuel filter had ever been changed. So I changed it, and 95% of the problem went away. I cleared the codes and they have not returned.

However, now it will occasionally stumble once during moderate to hard acceleration. So, what is the next thing to check? Did the clogged fuel filter damage the fuel pump or FPR?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
