91 240 wagon dies/ won't start 200

Hi
My 1991 240 wagon will sometimes (a couple times a week) die (no warning lights come on) either while driving at highway speed or sometimes (a couple times a week) it won't start when it's been driven and then parked for a short time (5-15 min). I replaced the ignition switch, because I thought that may have been the problem. I would apreciate any help in figuring this problem out.
