My guess is that he's using Keihin carbs (spun off of honda, years
ago). If this is correct, this is a tuning guide:

He may not be using the FCR carbs but I imagine that most modern
motorcycle carbs are similar in what bits are involved, what they
do, and so on.

This is really exciting. I've wanted to do this sort of thing
for years (even went to salvage yards to look at motorcycle carbs
and so on) but john parker did it. Very cool stuff.
