1995 960 Fog Light Failure 900 1995

my fog lights are busted, the front ones at least. i know that fog lights really serve no purpose, but they are supposed to work.

the front lights dont work, it doesnt appear to be the switch since the switch works to turn on the full fog lights (both front and rear should come on) though only the rear turn on. not sure what to tell you, they havent worked since i got the car, and i dont know if the previous owner ever used 'em when he drove. is it a burnout or is there short somewhere on the line?
