You guys opinion on JIffy Lube's AC and TRANNY service??? 900

Guys,
Jiffy offers AC Freon service and transmission service where they claim they get ALL the fluid out. Has anybody used these two services and can recommend (or NOT) how good of a job they do? It's either them or my local (expensive) shop -- this month I have got ZERO shade tree time!!! :)
