My sympathies to you, Mr. Onlythegoodstuff (see post a few days ago).

I'm afraid what I may find when I pull up my carpet, which happens to be glued in for some reason.

Chakra talks about bad grommets at the firewall being a problem. I know mine are dried and crusty. Where do you find replacements?

Also where steering wheel goes through firewall is gaping hole. What to do? Is there some kind of bushing that goes there.
