Stall when highway speed what to look for? 200 1989

Thanks for your reply;
Temperature is not the issue, gauge is in the middle at the time and I was traveling at highway speed, I wish I have a/c (never convert to R-134) ... but all the window were open at the time, relay was resoldered last year, 25amp fuse also cleaned periodically, may be it's time to depart from my Volvo ( 120k on her alrady ), just can't keep up with these maint, just worry if I get stuck some day.
