Freeze 12 700

I considered that option a few years back. I decided against it because of talk of the two elements that make up freeze 12. It was said that if you dont have a leak free system, one of the elements will leak off, leaving the other. I forget how it goes exactly, and what the final outcome of that situation would be. I decided, based on what I read, that if you're going to use "freeze" then you need to make sure that your system is leak free.

I converted my r12 system to r134. It cost me about 132.00. It aint the best system once it gets really, really hot, but it keeps me from becoming a crispy critter. Ive also heard of folks getting pretty good results with 134 when done right.

Its been a couple of years since Ive dealt with this subject, so I dont remember the particulars. Im sure if you do a search on the subject you will come up with more info.

I hate to rain on your parade. you could possible use the stuff, with no problem.
But I think its best to know exactly what you're getting into. No since in throwing good money after bad money. You know? Good luck.

This is just my 2 cent worth.
