Clutch fluid. 200

Does anyone know what clutch fluid to add to a M45 with Hydraulic transmission? My car is kind of stuck for a while.

In the 18 months I have driven my brick, I have never really thought too much about my clutch, other than to avoid slipping abusing it.. It came to me with a recently repaired clutch, so it had nice fresh fluid in the resovoir. It never leaked, so I gave no thought to even finding out out what fluid it takes. Occasionally I'd check that it was full of clean looking fluid and that was it really. I was thinking of maybe changing the fluid next oil change.

So today when I found myself in city traffic unable to select any gear but third, which makes stop-start driving an interesting experience, I pulled over and checked the clutch. No fluid, it seems to have lost it all in the last 24 hours.

No worries, thought I, as I crunched my way across town to a service station, I'll just stop here, have a look in the Haynes and see what fluid it's supposed to take.

Now here's the thing. Nowhere that I can find, does the wonderful haynes manual actually say what fluid it takes. The instructions simply read "add the specified fluid" which is less than helpful by the side of the road. The correct fluid is not printed on the resovoir or on the filler cap, which would be logical enough. If you look it up under "clutch and drive line" under fluid, it says "see chapter 1" Chapter 1's spec sheet left it out, other than telling me to add said specified fluid.

Wishing I could find a Bentley Bible here in oz, because the Haynes ommissions are getting pretty frustrating. If anyone has the info It'd help me out of a pretty inconveniant parking spot.

Thanks for putting up with my dodgey maintainance for so long.
