best option for A/C condensor fan (r134 conversion) 700 1991

My '91 740 has a belt-driven radiator fan (pulls air thru radiator), but also an electric condensor fan (pushes air thru condensor) that only seems to turn on by itself in extreme conditions. Recently I converted my A/C to R134a and it seems to work best (especially at idle) when I have the condensor fan wired so that it is always running. I did this by "jumpering" between the 2 connectors on the radiator's temp switch. But I don't really need this fan to be on all the time the car is running. What's the best way to get this wired so that it comes on whenever the compressor is on? Thanks!
