Heater water valve replacement 140-160 1971

Where can I find a replacement heater water valve? It's been about 2 years since I've disconnected mine after a leak started, and today I've finally taken it out and had a look. Looks like a rubber seals is breaking apart, not worth my time fixing. Was hoping it just needed soldering on the outside. Does anyone know where I can find one? We don't have anything before the 240 series in New Zealand pick-a-part yards. Any suggestions on fitting another model (or make) valve would be appreciated. I've already contemplated a small garder irrigation valve and an electronic circuit. Might be easier that swapping over that capilary (?) tube that goes to the fan housing!
