Left rear caliper not bleeding. 200 1984

Greetings:
This morning I replaced the front brakes and decided to bleed/flush the brake system. I am following the recommended pattern. However the left rear caliper will not bleed. I am having my wife pumping the brakes while I loosen the "plug" No fluid is coming out. All the others calipers have a healthy discharge. Is the caliper clogged?
