Cranking, but seems to get no fuel 200 1989

Looking for troubleshooting/diagnostic help with my car.

Drove it Monday, no problems and put it in garage.

When I went to use it Wednesday it would turn over, but not start. Thought I might have unintentionally flooded it-in the past I have sometimes flooded the car when I reflexively pump the gas pedal a couple times before turning the starter....
Tried again that evening, still no start.

Sometimes when this happens there is a fuse in the engine compartment, on the sidewall, driver's side, just behind the battery, next to the power steering fluid reservoir which gets fubared, "ENGINE" light comes on and car cranks, but doesn't get fuel. In the past if this happens while driving I can get to my destination, but have to put a "clean dry" fuse into that fuse holder--its the fuse IPD sells a waterproof replacement holder for.....

Also tried fuses for fuel pump, etc.in the kick panel by the drivers left side and found nothing wrong, changed out all the fuses, checked the fuse connections for hidden corrosion/electrolytic buildup, etc.

Have over a half tank of gas, and cannot find anything loose in the engine compartment, no wires or fuel injection connections, etc.

Exhausted my limited troubleshooting expertise and looking for help: suggestions, additional troubleshooting tests, anything.

Thanks.
