ECU Blue sticker over standard pink one??

I just came back from liberating parts off a junked '91 200.

The front was Hit so Alternator and stuff in the front was not worth the fight.
Anyway, Of course I go for the ECU in hopes of getting a '951(I already have a spare 561). I pull this critter out and there is a Blue Volvo sticker Placed directly Over the Pink label with a Date hand written in and printed on it is "3517407-7 V0363019"
Obviously this was a repair of some sort but is it more reliable then the stock 561? Is it equivelent to a 951? Is this the one I should keep as my spare over the 561 I have in the trunk? Has anyone seen this? The date is 1/17/94
