Heater water valve replacement 140-160 1971

Hi Tim,

I'm in Auckland, arrived here from South Africa end of 2000. My 144S got registered Feb '01, plate AAJ456. It was just when they've switched over to the 3-letter-3-digit plates. My father bought the car new in Cape Town, and it's always been a great car. Still original, only 120 000km. The first 3 years in NZ was the only time the cas was ever kept outside, my father even rented someones garage close to his work to protect it from the sun!

Looking at the other replies and thinking hard about it, I'd go for an electronic circuit. Very easy and not so expensive. Only have to find a good quality 12V valve.

Have fun...
