Crazy Bulb Out Warning Lamp 900 1995

A couple of months ago we had no brake lights or cruise control on our 95 940 Turbo wagon with 110K miles. I replaced the Bulb Sensor relay and all was good. Now the bulb out light seems to come on and off with no pattern, and the bulbs all seem to be working. It comes on sometimes when you are not stepping on the brake, and other times when you are, and goes off sometimes when you do step on the brake, and other times when you are not. Other times it seems like a brake light is out because it only comes on when you step on the brakes, but then that stops. It seems to be almost totally random. Any thoughts?
