a/c fan falling off 200 1993

Hi. I need help. In my 240 wagon, in front of the radiator is a second fan; I am pretty sure it turns on when the air conditioner is working. There are two support brackets holding this fan in place. On each support bracket is a bolt/rubber grammet type of thing bolted into the fan body and into the bracket. My problem is that one of those bolt/rubber brammet thing has broken off and the fan and the fan body is now swinging loose against the radiator. When I run the a/c, the fan turns on and make a god awful noise hitting the radiator. I did this only once when I became aware of the problem and have sinced turned off the fan. Question - how do I replace this bolt/rubber grammet thing? i have tried to take it out, but it is very difficult to separate it from the fan body. Thanks for any help.
