I use a wideband to tune mine with injection.

Every motor is different but...

My happy idle is 13.5:1
My target cruise is 14:1 (doesn't like lean cruising)
WOT I target 12.5:1 (based on dyno testing)
Ignore lean decel, like Phil said.

Per S. found on a dyno that his B20 made maximum power at 11.5:1 with the throttle wide open. This is richer than even most turbo motors like.
