Volvo 960 Air Conditioning 900 1992

Hi,

I have a 1992 960 wagon and a 1993 960 Sedan. In both cars I have begun to experience the following problem. The Ac works fine , however when the car accelerates the blower stops working. I have tried to isolate the problem and it appears it only happens when the transmissions engaged. In other words , from a stop the blower can be on high and blows as it should. If I accelerate the fan reduces in intensity. However if I put the car in neutral the fan will resume the appropriate velocity. I can have the car in neutral and rev the engine and this does not affect the velocity of the fan. Any thoughts??
