MY CAR IS MAKING WEIRD UNEXPLAINED NOISES. HELP! 900 1994

OK.All of you know ive had some issues with my 94 944 non turbo. The car is running exceptionally well now, except for. The car surges a bit while driving (rpms fall and rise ever so slightly) checked everything iwas told to check and found no faults., the car after driving a short distance sounds like i have and electric motor not an engine (car seems to buzz, but cant narrow down where its from the tranny or motor), and with the heavy rain weve been having in south florida, sometimes i hear sloshing water from the from of th car, but i cant find where from. if any of you ever had these problems please let me know how you found and cured them.
