Thinking long and hard about parting out 900 1992

The more I eyeball what I'm up against to get my car back to original, the more I am thinking about parting it out and cutting my losses. I have about 2600 dollars in total into this car after purchasing my engine mount yesterday, and with the broken radiator, drained AC system and damage to the fender/hood/headlamp/bumper cover, I'm wanting to weigh my options of parting out the otherwise excellent condition car.

I'm looking for ideas on some of the big ticket items on the car that are worth ebaying, or offering up to members of the board at a modest rate. I'm only wanting to approach in total, the price I paid for the car. Everything on this vehicle worked before the wreck. I don't really have a familiarity with the value of some things like the ECU, MAF, etc on this car at the moment. Also, the front seats are the infamous ugly, but not torn up Volvo leather, however the heaters and all electrics + back bolster are in perfect shape.

I mean if someone wanted to give me 1500 dollars and put in the ~800 dollars it's going to take to repair the hood, fender, headlight, other engine mount, you'd have what I deem to be an excellent car, but I think 1500 is daydreaming since I've seen these cars sell cheaper on ebay without body damage. So I imagine the only way I'd come close to cutting even is to start disassembling the car, which makes me sick, but with my wedding a couple months away, and my need for a station wagon that reliably runs from one side of the state to the other, I am seriously considering it. I have no idea what the approximate value of the engine + transmission are. The engine has 160k miles on it and runs very well. The transmission also shifts very well in all the modes.

Living in the middle of Iowa makes it kind of a pain, because there isn't really any local demand that would make it easy to sell large items like the engine, body panels, or seats.

Thoughts?

Previous to this weekend, she was a solid runner with everything in what I'd call excellent condition, including the suspension. It is the first Volvo I've owned without something plastic being broken, and every electrical item in the car functioning. The only minus I knew of was the weak AC system. I didn't detect any porous engine block symptoms, and it was a swedish diplomat program car. It has the Eaton limited slip rear end too. Prior to the wreck, I had gone through the car doing all the minimal maintainence stuff like cleaning the IAC, flame trap, new rear end oil, mobil 1 in the engine, etc.. The car still runs as it did prior to the wreck, but you get engine vibration due to the blown out driver's side engine mount now. It tracks straight down the road with zero shimmy in braking just like it did prior to the wreck. My dilema is that if I don't have funds available to fix it 100% and if I can, I need to either recoop my money and buy another wagon, or use the money I do have for my wedding (not fixing this car) (or honor my fiancee's decision to not buy another car, and start parting out the 960 and using the money for the wedding heh)
