240 Side European Turn Signals Popping out...

Used a combination of notes from here and IPD to do all the wiring and such for the side european turn signals on my 1993 240. Everything turned out perfect except the suckers wont stay in the hole.

I've asked an acquaintance who's already done this and he had the same problem on his 240. (I bought these from Volvo World if that would help anyone think of a solution) He has used 3M adhesive double sided acrylic tape. He said to remove all the foam from the light and make a square around it w/ the tape and it should stay on.

However, after all the trouble I went to in order to remove the adhesive that held the emblems, I'm wondering if there's another way to go about this problem since bulbs eventually need to be changed.

Any suggestions or your feedback on the above idea will be GREATLY appreciated. :)

Thanks!!!
