left turn stall 700 1989

I have a 1989 740 Turbo wagon that has a problem turning left. If I am not very careful it will stall. It always starts back up but it is getting worse. I have read the posts about the inner tank pump but that checked out good (ran a jumper to the power wire and pumped about a gallon of gas into the can for my mower). I have also tried the ground but it is solid (installed a light using that ground, it never even flickered). I have not been able to find any other post with more info for this problem. Is there something else that I can try?
