Torque spec woes 700 1988

Now that I got the turbo out and sent off for overhaul (@ 210K SM), I'm studying the reverse procedure and I end up confused; Haynes, Chilton and 700Faq are all stating different torque specs on turbo to manifold...
Does anyone have the real deal here? This is a 230FT with Mitsu TD05 turbo.
Chiltons: 1) 10Nm 2)41Nm 3)120 deg. more
Haynes: 1) 1Nm 2)45Nm 3) 45 deg. more
700 FAq: Tighten to 30 Nm (22 ft-lb) in a 1-4-2-3 pattern starting with the top rear as "1" and then going clockwise around the nuts ending at the bottom rear.

What does the Volvo Maint. Spec say? Anyone?

Secondary question: Does the oil return pipe have an o-ring in addition to the rubber gasket (into the oil pan)?

thx
